卡薩布蘭卡酒店 (Hotel Casablanca)

The hotel is in the center but the area itself is not family friendly. The owner kept on pushing us to leave before checkout time of 11 am, the breakfast was non-existent except packs of croissants and coffee. The bedsheets very very dirty. The staff was helpful, kind and somehow made our stay tolerable.

I did not receive a satisfactory room, without my knowledge, i was brought to a dilapidated building next to the hotel since it was out of rooms. This was after 10minutes of waiting for the reception staff to confirm with the manager. I was brought to a "refurbished" serviced apartment much less than a hotel room. The staff who brought me to the room was unsure of the room himself, he walked in to check with his shoes on, that itself is a failure on it's own for any hospitality organization. Furthermore, to have hot water, the water pressure had to be very low, otherwise, the water is icy cold, the room always had mosquitoes everyday despite my efforts to kill them, i believe this happened when housekeeping cleaned the room, the bed had nothing for a blanket but instead a super thin layer of cloth which does not help at all, no soap or amenities was provided in the washroom until housekeeping came the 2nd morning, there wasnt even a proper table or rack for my suitcase, i had to prop my suitcase up using the 2 stools they had for "bedside tables". I had to even walk to the main building for the breakfast which was honestly skippable, i even had to go behind the counter myself to look for milk, nothing was good about the "hotel", paying €70 a night is definitely not worth it, albeit a good location, everything else was lacking. I requested a partial refund and the property has failed to respond to even 訂房網站 after a week, this further goes to show their professionalism, i totally do not recommend, will never be back

Ужасный отель! Находится около центральной ЖД станции, поэтому вокруг соответствующая атмосфера в виде грязи и маргиналов. Заявлено, что стойка регистрации работает 24/7 при этом ночью, когда приходишь в отель ты не можешь спокойно попасть, потому что нужно дозвониться до администратора. Один из администраторов пожилой итальянец просто хам. На третий день моего проживания грубил и хамил только потому что оказывается, когда уходишь из отеля нужно сдавать ключ на ресепшене, но об этом мне изначально никто не сказал. Городской налог этот же администратор себе прикарманил, так как нельзя было заплатить картой, хотя в описании указано, что карты принимают. Завтрак просто отвратительный, не стоит даже брать его. Два вида круассанов не первой свежести, хлопья, но без молока и на этом всё. Кофе налить ты сам не можешь, ждешь администратора, а его чаще всего нет и ты остаешься без кофе. Уборка заявлена каждый день, по факту ниразу не убирались. Слышимость адская. Персонал с 6 утра ходит орет и поет песни и никого не волнует, что постояльцы в это время спят. Категорически не рекомендую данный отель!

Stanze pulite, location centrale vicino la stazione. Manca il frigo in stanza. Hotel consigliato per soggiorni di alcuni giorni se si vuole essere al centro e muoversi in cittá!

雖小但舒適，臨街但也不算太吵，衞生也不錯。離車站很近。 早餐簡單但也夠了，性價比還是可以的。沒有吹風機，但是可以和前台要。

리모텔링하였고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 특히 청소하시는 분이 누구인지 모르지만, 자신의 방처럼 깨끗하게 정리해주셔 아주 기분 좋은 여행이 되었습니다

Rimane uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Napoli, ovviamente quando il prezzo è giusto con le mie aspettative. Centrale, ma non rumoroso, alla mia richiesta di camera silenziosa, si sono subito prodigati per cambiare quella prenotata, per una interna veramente silenziosa. Camera ampia, pulita, lenzuola e salviette cambiate ogni giorno, camera bella e piacevole. In più ottima e abbondante colazione. Bravi

Davvero bella e molto comoda per la posizione Sicuramente penserò di prenotarla di nuovo per il prossimo mese o appena ri-andrò
